Sale and Payment Terms

Last updated: July 30, 2026

This is a simplified summary of the main terms of purchasing with Pole Maritime. When you confirm your order, an official sale contract is signed between you and the agency covering all these terms in detail — that contract is the legally binding reference in case of any dispute.

1. Order and payment

Once the car and price are agreed, the buyer commits to paying the full agreed amount within 3 days of the contract signing date. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer at the agency office.

2. Preparation and shipping timeline

The agency commits to preparing the car for shipping within 60 business days of receiving payment, except in cases of force majeure beyond its control (shipping delays from the supplier country, ship breakdown, strikes, etc.). The sea shipping duration itself is open-ended, depending on the shipping company, and is not controlled by the agency.

3. Documents and paperwork

The agency commits to preparing the car's documents and sending them to the buyer within 63 business days of the supplier receiving payment.

4. Conformity guarantee

The agency guarantees the car will arrive in the same condition and specifications agreed upon in the contract. Any discrepancy makes the agency liable to compensate the buyer.

5. Cancellation and refunds

If the agency cancels the deal, the buyer's funds are refunded within no less than 30 days. If the buyer cancels the deal, funds are refunded after the car is resold to another customer, with the buyer bearing the ownership-transfer costs.

6. The official contract is the reference

This page is an informational summary only. The full, legally binding version is the sale contract you sign with the agency's representative when confirming your order.
